ABOUT

Five days of learning and practicing the skills to develop your own daily 30min yoga routine, as well as applying yoga off the mat, in everyday life. The sessions will consist of 15-20 minutes of physical yoga practice, and 5-10 minute tutorials, learning the foundations for posture, correct breath, tips and tricks for anxiety and stress and an introduction to meditation. Opposed to other courses, this one includes not only physical practice but Breath, Meditation and everyday yoga tips for life as well.

 

This course serves as an introduction to yoga a little beyond the physical practice you might expect, although it does include daily movement (asana practice). Learn tools to manage stress and anxiety and decide start your daily yoga practice on and off the mat. By learning these poses, sun salutations, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation practices, you will start improving the quality of your life. A short practice every day is more effective than one or two long practices per week.

The 5 sessions are just 30 minutes each and will only give you an overview of what yoga has to offer. Each Session covers a different aspect of Yoga. A 15minute private session to receive support in creating a tailor-made practice and answers to your individual questions is included in the price, schedule after purchase.
