Five days of learning and practicing the skills to develop your own daily 30min morning or evening routine, as well as applying yoga off the mat, in everyday life. The sessions will consist of 15-20 minutes of physical yoga practice, and 10 minute tutorials, learning the foundations for posture, correct breath, tipps and tricks for anxiety and stress and introduction to meditation. You get the recordings of the five days plus access to a portal with videos, reading links, sequences and music to continue and deepen your practice.

This challenge is an introduction to a practice a little beyond the physical yoga practice you know and love,
although it does include daily movement. It will give you tools to manage stress and anxiety and the foundation to start your yoga practice on and off the mat. Choose to live a happier and more positive life.
The goal of this challenge is to develop your own daily yoga and awareness practice.
By learning these poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation practices daily, you will notice faster results. Practice (even short) every day is more effective than one or two long practices per week.
The sessions are just 30 minutes and will only give you a foundation and an overview of what yoga has to offer and hopefully motivate you to continue a regular practice for yourself on and off the mat. A 15minute private session to receive individual support is included in the price. Classes are suitable for all levels and will be taught in english.
