You will be given exercises to improve your posture, strengthen your core, glutes, back and arms. Pilates triggers your mind-body connection since it requires sharp concentration and fine muscle control. It can help improve your yoga asana practice as well as alleviate back pain. We will warm-up, feel the burn and then cool down with some yummy yoga stretches and a short relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels. Make sure you have a yogablock or a book shaped like a block.
