Sunday is when you really make time for yourself. How better recharge and feel good than a juicy, stress-free yoga practice? You will be able to step onto your mat relaxed and practice with a strong presence. It will be a signature Jennifer-style class with shoulder openers, core, hips & hamstrings, directing force, pranayama and relaxation/meditation. This practice will be quite physical and some yoga experience is recommended but not necessary, different options of poses will be given for different levels. After class there will be time to ask Jennifer questions.
